Other Sangha Events

These events are for anyone in our sangha (community) or have done our Introductory Course. (If you’ve been coming along to our ‘newcomers‘ events for a few months, but can’t make it to an Introductory Course you are still welcome to join us!)

You will need to be familiar with Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices as they are generally unled, and some familiarity with basic Buddhist thought and teachings would be helpful.
