We are now introducing in person and hybrid events, but we are mainly online. If you attend an in person event and then test positive for covid then please contact the event leader ASAP.

Going Deeper in Meditation (2nd Sat in month 9.45am)

To take up meditation is to introduce a powerful force for change in our lives. If we change our minds, then the world changes too. Meditation can be the beginning of life’s greatest adventure.
