Why not try exercising body and mind through stretching and relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere of our shrine room ? It can be a helpful preparation for sitting meditation and assist with stress management.
We provide mats, blocks and belts so all you need to bring is loose clothing for stretching in. Our maximum class size is 16. Come along to see for yourself !
