    Sangha Night: 4-Week Going Deeper Meditation Course

    Meditation is an integral part of Buddhist practice. Over four evenings, Maitrijyoti and Manjurava will be exploring meditation.

    Looking at the two foundational practices of the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana, we will look not only at the fundamentals but how to go deeper and reinvigorate these practices, making it suitable for newcomers as well as those with experience.

    Lunchtime meditation drop-in

    If you already have experience of the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) meditations that we practice in our sangha, join us on a Wednesday lunchtime to meditate with others and take your practice deeper, with guidance.

    Every Wednesday at the Bristol Buddhist Centre. The meditation finishes at 2pm, with the option to stay on until 2.30pm for tea and a chat.
