    Sangha Works

    What would it be like to turn all that we do into practice? Would we experience the world, ourselves and others differently?

    Come and found out at Sangha Works – turning the ordinary into the extraordinary!

    We start with a check-in, then choose tasks to work with as practice. These usually involve cleaning the centre, tending the shrine and light gardening work, but can include more! We can offer sitting down jobs as well as more active jobs.

    Lunchtime meditation drop-in (intermediate level)

    If you already have experience of the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) meditations that we practise in our sangha, join us on a Wednesday lunchtime to meditate with others and take your practice deeper.

    Every Wednesday at the Bristol Buddhist Centre. The meditation finishes at 2pm, with the option to stay on until 2.30pm for tea and a chat.
