Befriending Anger. Bristol Young Buddhists
Anger is often a mistrusted, misunderstood or even a banished emotion shamed out of us, and yet it is vital for our well being. Is it possible to negotiate the important distinction between the protective, boundary setting aspects of anger and the destructive and corrosive nature of Hatred? Bhadra will be inviting curiosity around this important distinction through discussion, reflection and meditation.
