    Drop in Intermediate Meditation

    With Dayabodhini, Chittamani and Bhadra

We focus on one each week in a three week cycle. Most classes will begin with a short period of gentle bodywork which we have found enhances meditation. For those who wish, at 2pm we offer tea and time to discuss our meditation until 2.30.
