    Drop in intermediate meditation

    With Dayabodhini, Chittamani and Bhadra

At this class we offer guidance and inspiration for those familiar with the three meditations taught by Triratna: Mindfulness of Breathing, Mettabhavana and Just sitting. We focus on one each week in a three week cycle. Most classes will begin with a short period of gentle bodywork which we have found enhances meditation. For those who wish, at 2pm we offer tea and time to discuss our meditation until 2.30.
