    Art, like religion, has the power to awaken us to a higher state of consciousness. In both, we seek a deeper connection to the mystery of existence. But what exactly does religion have to offer the aesthete? And is art just an optional extra for the sincere Buddhist?

    Come and hear Singhamanas share some thoughts on why he thinks Sangharakshtia’s vision for a religion of art is a genius element of Triratna Buddhism.

    An introduction led by Dharmamrta. Sangha Night on October 22nd and 29th
    There can be a tension between what is seen as a dharmic perspective and those
    perspectives that are seen as more psychological.
    How do the discoveries of meditation and the discoveries of psychotherapy come
    together.
    Can we really be open to neither offering ultimate resolution.
    Over these 2 evenings at Sangha Night we will start to explore what each of these

    For experienced meditators who are able to sit for 50mins unguided.

    50min unguided sit, 20min walking, and another sit.
