Creating a Mandala of Meaning - Bristol Young Buddhists
A mandala is a symbolic form; a psychic map, that can help us create a meaningful container for the many, often competing parts of our psyche. Through looking at traditional mandala images and then creating our own personal mandalas, it is hoped this will support the honouring of our personal core values around which the many aspects of our life revolve in everchanging patterns.
