    Men's Practice Morning

    Sangha

    As a way of deepening our meditation and shared practice, we are starting a practice morning for men in the Sangha.


    A simple morning of practice with no teaching input.


    In addition we will be meeting up after the morning of meditation to have lunch together, either within the centre building or by going to a café. This will be an informal chance to meet up with fellow Sangha members and to get to know each other more in a friendly environment.

    A great chance to practice in the countryside with some lovely folk.

    We will be going away for the weekend to focus on meditation and the teaching of the Buddha together. We would love to have you with us. This will be a small retreat in Worcestershire.
