Sangha Sangha Night

A special talk from Devamitra for Sangha Night on February 20th

In November 2016 Devamitra (who was ordained in 1974) was diagnosed with an aggressive stage three cancer and will be coming to Bristol to speak on Dharmic themes from his book Entertaining Cancer, published last year by Windhorse.

How does a Buddhist face life-threatening illness, gruelling treatments, pain and even death with humour and equanimity?

There will be copies of the signed book available on the night.
