‘Establishing a Creative Meditation Practice’ – 4 Week Course:
Do you want to liven up your meditation practice or meditate with more confidence.
This course intends to help set up and establish a more effective, enriched, meditation practice of your own.
Working creatively on the mind, with the mind.
This is a chance for an in depth exploration, through meditation exercises, short talks, discussion and body work as we uncover ways that support us to really hone our meditation practice throughout the 4 weeks.
Finding something that really works for you and allows you to establish a creative and more dynamic meditation practice.
– This 4 week course is aimed at those who’ve already learnt the basic form of the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana / loving kindness meditation in a foundation course or similar.
