Sangha Sangha Night

Amitabha – Metta Through the Whole Body

This evening we will explore Metta (loving kindness) as felt throughout the whole energy body in meditation, then end with an Amitabha puja.

In a lightly led practice, we will bring each person to mind in the metta bhavana (loving-kindness meditation), deliberately moving away from the ‘story’ about them, towards our direct felt sense, so that we can see HOW that affects the body, heart and mind.  Allowing any metta to ripple through the space of the body, we will explore various ways of enabling that natural unfoldment, which will be individual for each of us.  We will cover a variety of simple methods of deepening metta in meditation, so whether your new to this or very experienced, its an opportunity to deepen or enrich your current practice….Giving it space to be more fully enjoyed.

Arrive from 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.

For those who have completed an intro course at any time.

Please do give for the classes and events you attend. Every financial gift is appreciated, and it is with your generosity that our centre is here and thriving.
