This term we explore the Metta Bhavana practice through short introductions, experiential exercises and led meditations. The class also offers an opportunity to share and reflect on our meditation experience through an open format ‘conversation’ after the meditation.
1-2pm is a led meditation class. From 2 until 2:30pm there is an opportunity to discuss your meditation practice with others.
Please note: this is the last week of this class being a hybrid (online and in person) event. Due to resources we are not currently able to continue with the online aspect. To be reviewed in the Autumn.
