We focus on one each week in a three week cycle. Most classes will begin with a short period of gentle bodywork which we have found enhances meditation. For those who wish, at 2pm we offer tea and time to discuss our meditation until 2.30.

Anger is often a mistrusted, misunderstood or even a banished emotion shamed out of us, and yet it is vital for our well being. Is it possible to negotiate the important distinction between the protective, boundary setting aspects of anger and the destructive and corrosive nature of Hatred?
