With Maitrijyoti and the Bristol Young Buddhist Team.

Meditation can allow us to relax and feel emotionally and mentally resourced, however, it is much more than that – it can lead to a transformation of our whole being and radically shift how we perceive ourselves and the world around us.

In this session we will explore through a short talk and various lead meditation exercises the energy body approach, which centres on the overall whole space of the body.

As we creatively tune into the body as a field of aliveness or sensate experience, we will engage with various tools to really hone into the quality and texture of the energy body perception and see how useful it may be.

We will play with how we perceive, reveal its underlying malleability, as we look in more detail at breath and metta meditations in order to deepen and enliven our current practice in a way that works for us.

There will be a short talk introducing the theme, various lead meditation exercises and a chance to share and connect in pairs or groups if you wish.
