Sangha Sangha Night

We will be exploring the mudra (symbolic hand gesture) associated with Amitabha, the Buddha of Infinite Light. The mudra, also known as Dhyana Mudra, is one associated with meditation.  We will be entering into the symbolism of Dhyana Mudra through a short talk and experiential exercises using the themes of integration, balanced effort and potentiality, along with some personal insights and associations linked to this mudra.

The evening is facilitated by Bodhipushpa and the Sangha Night team.

Arrive from 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.

For those who have completed an intro course at any time.
