This week is ‘Out of the Box Night’. We will be taking a break from our normal programme to engage with something different. 

There will be an arts leaning to the evening. We will be launching our new group, Sangha Singing, with a mantra and song workshop from Hannah, Suzie and Stefan.

And the painter Bee O’Brien will be with us also to explore painting and music, with a reflective workshop. 

And on top of that, at the end of the evening we will be treated to a music recital from Sangha Musicians Nick and Thea.

It promises to be a enjoyable and stimulating evening.

No previous experience is required to join in, just come along!

Arrive from 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.
