Sangha Sangha Night

Journeying on around the Buddha mandala, we come to the Western realm.  The time of day is sunset, and in the fiery evening glow sits Amitabha, the Buddha of Infinite Light.  His figure blazes with a brilliant, ruby red light.  His hands rest relaxed on his lap, and he is completely still, absorbed in deep meditation.  He radiates a love whose wisdom sees the uniqueness of every thing: every plant or tree, every animal or person, every thought or feeling.   A love that is totally free of grasping, no wanting to possess or control.

Join us in Western realm on sangha nights throughout June and July, and be drawn into Amithaba’s great love.  We start on 30 May with an introduction to Amitabha in conversation with Tejasara and Manjurava.

We rely on your donations to be a stream of energy and possibility into practising Buddhism and meditation together. Without you giving and partaking in our community… it wouldn’t be here, changing people’s lives. If you’d like to make a difference and give back for what you have received here then please do give. Thank you.

Our aim is to inspire a culture of generosity in the way we share Buddhist teachings. Therefore most of our meditation and Buddhism activities are offered on a generosity basis – what you contribute is left to your generosity. You don't have to give anything if you don't want to or can't afford to, but we hope you'll be able to contribute appropriately so more people can benefit. To learn more see donate
