The Breathworks Mindfulness for Health course has helped thousands of people learn how to manage chronic pain, illness, fatigue, or anxiety with greater ease through mindfulness and compassion.

This evidence-based programme was developed by Vidyamala Burch, founder of Breathworks, drawing on her personal experience of managing severe pain with mindfulness and meditation. It integrates meditation, pacing, mindful movement, and group sharing to build skills that improve quality of life. Over 100,000 people worldwide have benefited from this approach.

Your teacher, Susan Wong, is a certified Breathworks teacher. She has over 40 years’ experience in meditation and mindfulness practice, and has also worked in healthcare within the NHS for many years.

“I learned so much from doing the Breathworks course with Sue. She was so good at balancing the sharing of useful information and listening to us as individuals to meet our needs, all whilst showing great kindness and thoughtfulness. This course is great, and Sue was equally great at facilitating it.”
