Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation (Follow-on course)
This follow-on course is open to anyone who has previously completed an Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation course.
Further your practice of meditation and understanding of Buddhism as we continue to uncover genuine ease, contentment and meaning in life through exploring profound yet simple teachings. Come together with others to learn, discuss and discover the means to become the change you want to see.
Each session will be partly dedicated to developing our meditation practice, and partly to learning more about the Buddhist context, which in turn will help expand the potential of our meditation to become a real force for change. There will be input from the experienced teaching team plus an opportunity for small group discussion.
Each week we will email you material to follow up the session and take your understanding deeper.
