Monday 11th November – Monday 16th December

This six week follow-on course is open to anyone who has previously completed one of our “Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation” courses. We will explore together the teachings of the eight fold path, one of the earliest ways the Buddha taught for expanding meditation and Buddhist values out into our daily life.

Having learnt about engaging creatively with change through working in “the gap”. Recognising that true ease and satisfaction comes from within, and knowing deeply how interconnecetd we all are, this course takes these teachings further into all areas of our life.

Each session will be partly dedicated to developing our meditation practice, and partly to learning about this beautiful and helpful way of using the Buddhist perspective to live a fruitful and creative life. As always there will be rich input from the experienced teaching team plus an opportunity for small group discussion.

As before, each week we will email you material to follow up the session and take your understanding deeper.
