Dharma leaves from the forest clearing

A day of sharing our inspiration, challenge and questions in relation to the precious teachings. There will be short talks from mitras and friends, reflective and creative exercises, bodywork and discussion. Another opportunity to create space for engaging with the Sangha and the Dharma.

Please bring vegetarian lunch to share.

12.45 Shared Lunch (Please bring veggie / vegan food to share)
2.00 Talk from Joy: A Dharma teaching that supports creativity
2.15 Discussion
2.30 Talk from Jo: A Dharma teaching that reduces perfectionism
2.45 Discussion
3.00 The Creative Gap with Bhadra. A short talk and an opportunity to bring any
Dharma points for discussion.
3.40 Tea
4.00 Meditation and ending ritual
4.30 Day ends
