Building a Buddhaland

Join us! for the Young Person’s retreat day this Spring where we will be exploring the Four Samgrahavastus. These describe four practices we need to gather and strengthen a healthy spiritual community: generosity, kindly speech, beneficial activity and exemplification. These practices are relevant at every stage of one’s spiritual development; so whether or not you are a newcomer or an old hand, if you are looking for a teaching that is practical and which you can really get stuck into on an everyday basis, this retreat day might just be perfect for you!

There will be an opportunity to meditate together, to learn together and to explore ideas with like-minded friends.

With guest teachers Vilasamuni and Jayadhi.

Bring a notebook and pen (if you want to!) and a veggie/vegan lunch to share.

This event is open to all those aged 18-35 and we welcome all gender identities.

There is no set charge for this event as we want it to be available to everyone, regardless of income. However we do depend on your financial contributions to keep the centre going and these events happening. So please do give what you can.
