Honouring sorrow and care

Friday May 3rd 2024

with Bhadra and Suzie

A supportive and exploratory evening to talk, meditate, and honour any sorrow we carry in our bodies and hearts. We hope that by making space for this part of our experience it will bring to the fore a tender sense of care and kindness that often exists alongside or below sorrow.

There is a view that unless we have a conscious connection to this inescapable aspect of life it will always define and limit our relationship to our self and others. In the light of recent events here and in so many places throughout the world we hope this evening will strengthen our capacity to meet the fullness of our life and encourage us to fruitfully participate in the flow towards liberation as pointed to by the Buddha’s teachings.

This event is for those aged 18-35 inclusive. No need to book – just turn up! Doors open from 7:15pm.
