By head or by heart?  How do we navigate our lives creatively?

How much do we navigate through life with our heads, and how much do we navigate with our hearts?  And how do we tend our ‘inner navigators’?  What do we feed them?  Do we give them air time to breathe and speak?  We’ll spend some time exploring this in our own experience and considering the traditional Buddhist practice of  learning Dharma ‘by heart’ so that it can nourish and sustain our inner navigators on the journey through life – and perhaps even beyond.
