A mandala is a symbolic form; a psychic map, that can help us create a meaningful container for the many, often competing parts of our psyche. Through looking at traditional mandala images and then creating our own personal mandalas, it is hoped this will support the honouring of our personal core values around which the many aspects of our life revolve in everchanging patterns.

This creative and reflective process of mandala making can feel very integrating and encouraging. It moves us away from the judgements of right and wrong regarding the many elements of our inner life, and brings a sense of wholeness to them which can feel both healing and even challenging.
