Aged 18 - 35

At January’s event we had an opportunity to practice mantra together and bathe in an evening of gorgeous sound and harmony. Following on from this, February’s event will be a chance to explore the Heart Sutra, a well-known text in Mahayana Buddhism which is part of this oral tradition of chanting.

Come and join us as we take a look at these extraordinary verses! We’ll get to hear the text itself and to learn a bit about its meaning. There will also be a chance for discussion and to meditate together, in what we hope will be an inspiring evening.

With guest teacher Bodhipushpa and the Bristol Young Buddhists team.

Open to all those aged 18-35 and we welcome all gender identities.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Doors open at 7:15pm, no need to book.

This class runs on your donations. It is because people have given in the past that we are here now. So please do give to keep us going. Donate here.
