Bodywork Introductory

‘Sensitive to the whole body’ is one of the Buddha’s ‘pith instructions’.  What might it mean to us? How can we become more sensitive to the life of our body and breath? In this class we explore this question.

Trained yoga teacher Advayamati brings his experience of many years practice, leading workshops and retreats that combine shiatsu and energy work with teaching Buddhism and embodied mindfulness. This is a gentle yoga class, open to a range of ability.

*please do bring your own yoga mat if possible*

We are asking for you to do a lateral flow test before attending an event at the centre. Do bring a mask with you for when walking around the building and chanting (not whilst sitting and socially distanced), and we may request mask wearing for the benefit of a clinically vulnerable person. If you are clinically vulnerable then contact the class leader to discuss your needs prior to the event.
