What activates the call of your heart?  This day is about sharing and celebrating all that creatively shapes our emotional and spiritual lives. What is it that has called you, what is it that creates the urgent longing to nurture healthy relationships with yourself, others and the world?

Buddhist facts and concepts, however important, on their own, have no power to affect and change our personal frameworks of value and meaning. We rely on images and stories to move our lives deeper into meaning. This day acknowledges we are all living out of stories, images and myths found in the world around us, in the arts; literature, film, poetry, music and storytelling.  Sharing what inspires and guides us, can be a great way to bring the path alive in each other.

Bring along something you would like to share that brings you to life. You don’t need to understand why or how. It certainly doesn’t need to be described as Buddhist, that would be missing the point.

This an introductory day of integrated meditation and bodywork, sharing and discussion, in order to explore the potency of image and myth to support, challenge and inspire your Buddhist path.

Open to everyone familiar with Triratna’s system of meditation.
