Mindfulness Yoga - 6-week course

An opportunity to deepen and bring greater commitment to your yoga practice.
Over six Friday evenings, we will be looking into the essence of twists, forward bends, back bends, inversions, balances, core work and sun salutations, with key yoga principles woven in.
We will be moving away from what it looks like to what it feels like: unlocking true understanding of these areas from within, allowing you to fully engage your body, breath and mind, and get the most out of your yoga practice. The aim is to build confidence through spending the time deepening your understanding and experience.
Expect a welcoming, down-to-earth environment with a thoughtful pace, and an emphasis on a meditative quality to practising hatha and yin inspired yoga.

16th January – Week 1 Twists
23rd January – Week 2 Forward bends
30th January – Week 3 Back bends
6th February *BREAK*
13th February – Week 4 Inversions
20th February – Week 5 Arm balances
27th February – Week 6 Core and sun salutation
