Drop in Introductory Meditation class
Arrive 5.30 for a 5.45 start. At this friendly and accessible class you will be guided into the simplicity and support of meditation. We teach two meditations, alternating each week. The Mindfulness of breathing helping us to focus and settle the mind and body.The second meditation, the Loving Kindness meditation helping us bring kindness and patient care towards ourself and others.
You will be given full instruction in the meditations and also helped with finding a comfortable posture and any questions you may have. There will be a chance for discussion. These classes are so much more effective than meditation apps offering long term support, encouragement and community.
All classes are offered on a donation basis and led by experienced teachers.
