An introduction led by Dharmamrta. Second of two evenings. First one on the 22nd October.
There can be a tension between what is seen as a dharmic perspective and those
perspectives that are seen as more psychological.
How do the discoveries of meditation and the discoveries of psychotherapy come
together.
Can we really be open to neither offering ultimate resolution.
Over these 2 evenings at Sangha Night we will start to explore what each of these
paths can offer in opening more and more into awareness.

Our aim is to inspire a culture of generosity in the way we share Buddhist teachings. Therefore most of our meditation and Buddhism activities are offered on a generosity basis – what you contribute is left to your generosity. You don't have to give anything if you don't want to or can't afford to, but we hope you'll be able to contribute appropriately so more people can benefit. To learn more see donate
