Mindfulness Yoga

Mindfulness Yoga

Thursdays, 5:45pm – 7.00pm. (Starts 19th June)

Mindfulness Yoga: Cultivating Awareness with Kindness.

In these sessions, we focus on unifying and bringing gentle awareness to our body, breath, and mind. The pace is considered, encouraging us to integrate mindfulness not only into our yoga practice but also into our daily life.

We will explore physical sensations, our breath, noting our thoughts and feelings, all through a lens of love & kindness (metta). This internal approach helps us learn poses (asanas) from the inside out, fostering a deeper, more loving, and skillful connection with ourselves and our yoga practice.

Meet Your Teacher: Emma

300hr Mindfulness Yoga Teacher, Emma has trained in yoga and meditation, based in Buddhism Mindfulness principles with Bodhiyoga, in Valencia. Her teaching is enriched by a love for nature, a background in creativity and storytelling (film and theatre), and a personal understanding of the nervous system. This fuels her interest in somatic healing techniques, allowing her to offer classes that are both considerate and that encourage a deep awareness and metta (Love & Kindness).
