SELF METTA – If you can’t do it, then you really need it!
Why do so many of us find this practice difficult? We will spend the day exploring where we are blocked and stuck in our feelings of self criticism and judgement towards ourselves and whatever hindrances we encounter in this vital practice. We will do this in a very supportive and kindly way with one another with exercises, small group sharing and led reflections to help us towards a more wholesome and empowering self connection.
Open to all women who’ve been practising at least 6 months at a Triratna Centre
10 – 5pm
Please bring veggie/vegan food for a shared lunch and try to stay the whole day if you can.
