Men's Meditation Morning
As a way of deepening our meditation and shared practice, we are starting a practice morning for men in the Sangha.
There will be a chance to practice together with an emphasis on meditation and walking meditation. A simple morning of practice with no teaching input.

Exploring the Territory of the Heart - Going Deeper in Meditation
When we take an embodied approach, we discover the Heart anew.
This month, through embodiment, we come to the fresh direct experience of the heart. We will explore what it means to be in relationship with the heart in embodied awareness, the different aspects of the heart, and its qualities including connection, openness and wisdom.
Beyond Metta we may find the “embodied heart”.
With Padmadrishiti
Doors open at 9:45 for a 10am start.

Sangha Circle - Cancelled
Our tradition places great emphasis on building Sangha (a friendly community of individuals practising the Dharma, the Buddha’s teachings, alongside each other). Possibly because of the experience of the pandemic we may be noticing how we are by nature social creatures: We need each other to know ourselves. This is a safe and open space in which to be with others to bring kind attention to how we relate to others and just as importantly, ourselves.
For those who more...

Crucible of Communication - Day 1 of 2
These ‘in person’ events in the Centre facilitated by Bhadra and Dharmamrta can be seen as a facilitated meditation practice focusing on both internal and external experience. Just like meditation, it is an opportunity to gain some insight into the shape and texture of our thoughts and body sensations as they appear, especially how they affect our relation to ourselves and others.
We start by laying out the Dharma framework with which to orientate ourselves. Then, more...
