Come and join us at our Wednesday lunchtime class.
Meditation 1-2pm; Discussion 2-2.30pmFor those familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana meditations we will explore these practices in more depth at this class. In addition we will also explore the Just Sitting practice which corresponds to the dimension of receptivity in the Triratna system of practice.

These drop-in classes are a great way to sample meditation for the first time or to get refreshing support and clarity to help you set up a regular practice. Full instruction will be given. Our tradition places great emphasis on building Sangha (a friendly community of individuals practicing the Dharma, the Buddha’s teachings, alongside each other). With the closure of the Centre we may be feeling a lack of this Sangha context in which we can share our practice, our reflections and concerns.
