The shape of sangha works is a gentle group check in, followed by sangha-building devotional acts-such as cleaning the loo’s, planting bulbs, sorting library books, making book displays and making shrines. A task to fit each persons energy and capacity.
We have a mindfulness bell, to pause and notice what the mind is up to, throughout the session. Stay on after the lunchtime meditation class (1-2.30pm) or just turn up to dip your toe into the Triratna sangha atmosphere!
