Sangha

We are all a part of an ongoing and flowing lineage. We can be there to support others, to pass on our knowledge and experience, as well as deepen our own practice. This week we are inviting two mitra‘s to share their experience of being younger people within this Buddhism movement.

Hear what the important elements of practice are to those in the younger generations. You might learn something for yourself! As well as how you can help to keep Buddhism alive in the West and our lineage continuing throughout the ages. You may not have heard from these folk before! So expect new dimensions and perspectives to broaden your horizons and your own practice.

There will be an introduction, talks, meditation, as well as space for discussion.

Please read our covid guidelines before attending in person. You currently only need to wear a mask when moving around the building (not when seated and socially distanced). We may ask if you would wear a mask for the benefit for a clinically vulnerable person. If you are a clinically vulnerable person then do get in touch to discuss your needs.

Our aim is to inspire a culture of generosity in the way we share Buddhist teachings. Therefore all our meditation and Buddhism activities are offered on a generosity basis – what you contribute is left to your generosity. You don't have to give anything if you don't want to or can't afford to, but we hope you'll be able to contribute appropriately so more people can benefit. To learn more see donate
