FROM 29 JUNE | 6 WEEKS | MONDAYS 7 - 9.30PM
On this course you will learn two methods of meditation: the Mindfulness of Breathing, to develop a steady and integrated state of mind, and Loving-Kindness (or metta bhavana) meditation, to cultivate positive emotion.
SAT 13 JUNE | 10AM - 1PM
A meditation morning focusing on the form and structure of meditation practice.
SAT 20 JUNE | 7.30 - 9.30PM
...to the climate and ecological crises. Screening of a presentation by Chris Packham, followed by discussion.
In addition to Wednesdays, we are now running drop-in meditation classes 1-2pm every Thursday.
We run most of our events on a donation basis. This helps maintain a spirit of generosity and gratitude, and ensure the Dharma remains accessible to all.
