How do we do that? After a series of exercises in pairs and a small amount of theory, we come to sit in a circle together. We then listen and speak, sharing as much or as little as we like. It may emerge that we have the desire to be seen, to be deeply met, or simply we find ourselves willing to turn towards what’s going on deep down right now. We find and negotiate the edges between what we guard, what silences us, and what we long to share. We begin to find the means to integrate these many aspects of our being, both contradictory and complementary, into a conscious mandala of responsiveness.
The aim of this practice is to support you moving towards freedom and meaning; loosening your habitual patterns of relating both to yourself and to others so that your life can naturally unfold.
