Sangha Meditation Weekend
at Anybody’s Barn
Fri 8
– Sun 10 October
One of the best ways to take your
meditation practice deeper, or to revive your enthusiasm if it’s been flagging,
is to ‘treat’ yourself to some time on retreat. This autumn we’ve created
the opportunity for a ‘going deeper’ meditation retreat for anyone in the
Sangha who’s familiar with the two main meditation practices and has bee on
retreat before. Skilfully led by Amaladevi and Padmapala, this weekend
will provide ideal conditions, in a beautiful setting, to practise the subtle
art of meditation alongside friends.
