A Calling From the Realm of Symbol: The Empty Seat

Early Buddhist Art depicted the Buddha as an empty space. This festival is an invitation to the whole community to come together and celebrate this mysterious absence, calling out of us such longing, inspiration and maybe even challenging our habits of Buddhist practice.

Everyone welcome for all or part of the day for shrine building, chanting, reflection, walking meditation, bodywork, conversations, talks, tea and ritual. Please ensure your children coming along are with you at all times.

With Bhadra, Singhamanas and Team

Please bring vegetarian food to share.
